Get ready, Boothstown – 2025 marks a monumental milestone as Boothstown Football Club proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary. Founded in 1995, our club has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving football community, home to over 25 teams, a flourishing Academy, and countless unforgettable moments shared both on and off the pitch.
This anniversary isn’t just about looking back at our proud history – it’s about celebrating our community, our players, and our future. We’re thrilled to announce a series of exciting events throughout the year, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
The celebrations will kick off in late June with our End of Season Presentation and Family Fun Day. This special event will celebrate the achievements of our teams and players while marking our official 30th Anniversary Celebration Day. Expect a fantastic day packed with awards, activities, games, and fun for the whole family. It’s a chance for the entire Boothstown FC family to come together and celebrate our shared journey.
In early July, we’ll be hosting our Anniversary Tournament Weekend, bringing teams from across the club together for a festival of football. It’s set to be an action-packed weekend full of exciting matches, team spirit, and plenty of Boothstown pride. Whether you’re playing, coaching, or cheering from the sidelines, this weekend is not to be missed.
Later in the year, we’ll be lighting up the skies once again with our scaled-down Fireworks Event. While slightly smaller than previous years, it will still offer a magical evening for families to gather, enjoy the display, and share in the community spirit that makes Boothstown FC so special.
We’re also excited to announce that Boothstown FC will be hosting an Easter Event during the spring, giving our young players and their families a chance to celebrate with fun activities and treats.
As the year draws to a close, we’ll finish our celebrations with a Christmas Event to round off the anniversary in style. More details on this will be confirmed closer to the time.
While our events may be focused and refined, the spirit of celebration remains strong. This year is about honouring our roots, celebrating our players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters, and looking forward to the exciting future of Boothstown FC.
